About Cutbirth Bookkeeping

Numbers you can trust. A bookkeeper who cares.

I started Cutbirth Bookkeeping because small business owners deserve accurate, reliable financial records — without the stress of doing it themselves.

My story

Cutbirth Bookkeeping started with a simple goal: to build a business that helps other small business owners have more time for what matters most.

As a mom of three, I know how valuable time is and how quickly the behind-the-scenes responsibilities can pile up. I wanted to build a career that allowed me to be present for my family while doing work I genuinely enjoy—bringing organization to the details, creating reliable systems, and helping things feel a little less overwhelming.

That led me to bookkeeping.

As I began studying bookkeeping and working with QuickBooks, I realized how much I enjoyed the combination of organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail that goes into keeping a business's books in order. I also saw an opportunity to help small business owners who would rather spend their limited time running their business than trying to keep up with the books after everything else is done.

That's why I created Cutbirth Bookkeeping.

I'm building my business around the same things I would want from someone handling something as important as my finances: honesty, reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail. If I have a question, I'll ask rather than guess. If something doesn't look right, I'll take the time to investigate it. And you'll always know who is working on your books.

Cutbirth Bookkeeping may be a small business, but that's something I'm proud of. It means you'll work directly with me, I'll take the time to learn your business, and your books won't feel like just another account number.

My goal is simple: keep your books organized and give you back some of the time you worked so hard to create your business for in the first place.
